 Designation – Assistant Manager (Operation Department) Key Responsibilities:  Control Desk Engineer for BTG for regular commercial operation and also during major commissioning activities like Boiler Light up, Chemical Cleaning of Boiler, Steam Blowing, Unit synchronization, 600 MW Capacity addition, Commercial Operation Declaration.  Control Desk Engineer for Boiler & Turbine during regular unit operation.  Very well acquainted with MAX DNA platform of DCS by BHEL EDN.  Having a proficient knowledge about plant emergencies such as Unit Black Out, Unit tripping and vital equipment breakdown / failure.  Prepared SOPs for unit hot & cold start up, compressed air system, unit blackout and initial charging of plant electrical system.  Knowledge of PTW system with LOTO procedures.  Performance monitoring of Unit during normal operation  Involved in modification of logics, interlocks, protections & alarms as per operation requirement.  Performed electrical isolation, power restoration, initial charging and having knowledge of Bus Transfer System and various protection related to transformers, motors & generator to smoothen operation activities.  Worked as a Desk Engineer of 400 kV Switchyard operation.  Experience in dealing with WRLDC, SRLDC & SLDCs  Designation – Senior Engineer (Electrical Department) Key Responsibilities:  Installation, testing & commissioning of oil type and dry type transformers.  Testing of 600 MW Generator (Static & Dynamic)  Assembling, erection and commissioning of IPBD, SPBD & NSPBDs  Installation, Testing and commissioning of 11kV & 3.3kV and 0.415kV switchgear in both main plant as well as balance of plant area.  Testing, Logic Configuration and commissioning of Numerical relays (GE and ABB)  Testing and commissioning of a wide range of HT (11 kV & 3.3 kV) and LT motors (0.415 kV) from 0.75 kW to 12000 kW.
