Outside of general body meetings, our organization events include community service (facilitated by solely Epsilon Eta, partnered with other campus organizations, or partnered with outside organizations) professional workshops (networking, resume, etc.), speaker series (seminars with industry professionals), and a variety of social events. As the figurehead of the organization, I am in charge of establishing and maintaining connections outside of the organization (student and professional industries). Logistics include updating the constitution, registering with the student union yearly, communicating with lead faculty, collecting dues, and maintaining finances.

Through the student union, I filled out an array of paperwork, and underwent training to get official established and recognized by the university. I set up the foundation of Epsilon Eta with the rest of the co-founders by assisting in creating our chapter's constitution, which lays out the framework and structure for our chapter. I aided in creating our organizations official bank account to maintain finance operations within the organization.

Using funding from student government, the committees in RESPC create and fund renewable energy projects on UNC's campus. I am currently a member on two separate projects. The objective for the first project is to revitalize the space behind our campus' main library by implementing renewable energy infrastructure, and modern art. We aim to implement aquaponics and hand crafted solar tables. The power generated from these solar panels will be used via outlets to power students' devices… Show more Using funding from student government, the committees in RESPC create and fund renewable energy projects on UNC's campus.
