Understanding student aspirations/ specific roles & addressing them. Bridging relationship with recruiters beyond hiring: - internships, Industrial Visit & guest sessions/Seminars. (Process Management) Managing a team of 5 persons and closely monitor the activities of the team for the smooth conduction of the placement process. Monitor the entire logistics associated with campus hiring in terms of hospitality, guest relations and entire selection process. Coordinating with various departments and make sure the interview processes are conducted in a smooth fashion without any escalations from Recruiters. Managing all student related queries related to Job profile and managing the Corporate Relation Portal. (Data Management) Helping the team in preparing the Placement Calendar for the entire year and scheduling companies on campus and lead all communication related to Recruiters. Helping the team in handling all eligible students’ data of current batch and previous batch. Helping the team to manage all data related to Past recruiters and current recruiters across all verticals.
