  As Initiator : Me and 6 other initiator of ADITIF are working together to bring startup in Jogja to be able to join our movement, and declare the rise of this new Association back in 2015. After 3 years of founded ADITIF has grown from 7 members into 140 startup member and has gain a position in startup scene of Indonesia. As Chief of External Affair : My scope of responsibilities is to connect Aditif with 5 other main stakeholder of startup industry in Indonesia : Government, Academy, Financial Entities (VC, Angels Investors) , Related Communities , and Other Sector of Industry. During 3 years of my leadership, I had pull off key strategical collaboration with BEKRAF (HAKI Bimtek 2016), Menkominfo (Kajian Digital Kreatif Yogyakarta 2017) , and DPPM (Jogja Fund Day 2018). The strategic collaboration has successfully put ADITIF as one of Government partner and make us able to become the hearing partner in the development of Creative Economy Regulation by Komisi 10 DPR RI.

  Hacklab Rocks Indonesia is a social company that focus on the program management, development of digital talent community, and education evangelist in Indonesia. We had succeed in creating our first international conference BCTN 1.0 AKAR, that is also the first and biggest Blockchain for Grassroots International Summit ever held in Yogyakarta, The event successfully attended by 600++ Attendees and 17 Speakers from all APAC Region. As a Head of Community & Program my job is to make sure that we had good program to help local developer talent in Jogjakarta upgrading their skill into a minimum requirement of Industrial standard. We launch program called Hackademy and had successfully trained more than 200 digital talent in Yogyakarta in area such as : Kotlin Development, UI UX Design, Personal Branding, and Blockchain Development.
