I have known Sangeeta for just short of two years. Among other things, she is a coach for a premier soccer club. I first observed her as a coach last year, interacting with parents and her team. Her approach and attitude toward her team stood out. She treated each of these young ladies as individuals, inspiring them, coaching to their strength and assisting with their opportunities. I asked numerous parents about her and they were universal in their compliments. Dealing with parents in highly competitive youth sports is no easy task. We actively sought to have our daughter under her guidance and leadership. It was a great move. She leads by example, demonstrating leadership, emphasizing accountability, but in ways that encourages her team. She is direct, listens, and cares. This all, I think, is a window into her personality and her professionalism.
