  Worked to mitigate the environmental distress caused as a result of the construction of the Hydro project. Developed strategic compensation plans for implementation in collaboration with Government agencies. Creating awareness on the environmental norms to the contractors at site to minimize environmental degradation. Monitor Project construction for compliance monitoring to ensure adherence to the Environmental Clearances and other statutory clearances. Further liaise with Government agencies for implementing the environmental management projects. Worked as a focal person for the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) and other outsourced projects. Reviewed many socio-economic upliftment projects for improving the livelihood of communities living within the vicinity of the Project Sites and implemented them. Prepared completion reports of the outsourced environmental management projects and submitted them to the government for record.
