  I conducted the orientation training for new workers and new staffs of Digital Age Dental Laboratories Company in Vietnam. each time training was about more than 10 people.The purpose of training is to learn about morphology of teeth, Career Path Orientation in the company. Moreover, i have the examinations of annual, quarter, month, or random for the workers who working in DADL, It aimed to evaluate and revise the knowledge. all contents are pretty long and borring for workers. especially, it is very challenging job in term of how to make the boring contents become interesting ones, preventing people fall asleep, especially you was training the not interested in studying people. what i had done is to introduce game, group work, and encourage new comer talk and share for all people. which help them become more confident , and help build good image for the first time at the company.
