       Ensuring that any problems identified with the file are brought to the attention of the Operations Manager / Snr Customer Services Controller as soon as possible;  Ensuring that cash clients are advised of the total charges for the shipment beforehand;  Requesting proof of payment from cash clients before the shipment is delivered to the airline for export;  Ensuring that once all the documentation is correct and the shipment is on hand that the file is loaded onto Ship Shape;  Ensuring that once the file has been loaded onto Ship Shape that the automated file reference number is written onto the file;  Ensuring that once the file has been registered that the MAWB and labels are printed and placed into the file;  Ensuring that if the shipment is to be collected by CFR that the driver is issued with a collection note;  Ensuring that once the file is complete in its entirety that it is placed in the correct ' ready for ‘follow-up’;  Ensuring that should the shipment come into the CFR warehouse that a GRN is received from the Warehouse Controller detailing the information as shown in the SOP;  Ensuring that once received the GRN has been received from the Warehouse Controller that it is scanned / faxed directly to the client acknowledging receipt of the shipment and highlighting any discrepancies if any i.e. cargo damages etc…  Ensuring that once the shipment has been received that the relevant stickers are correctly placed onto the shipment;  Ensuring that the completed documents are placed into the ‘Dispatch Tray’ ready for the driver to deliver the shipment to the respective ‘Ground Handling Agent’ or directly to the Airlines whichever is applicable;  Ensuring that cargo ‘flown as booked’ that a copy of the stamped and signed MAWB is received back from the relevant Airline;  Ensuring that once the completed MAWB has been checked that it is placed in the file.
