After working with Alex hand-by-hand for year and a half I definitely have a problem. I've been working with lot of designers later - enterprise-level art creators, glancy USA studios, european hipster designers - and I knew about typography, colors, visual rhyme and user experience more. Just because Alex's design work is so precise, accurate and with actual look inside the problem that I've been learning design concepts just by his work, where underlying thoughts and solutions were clearly readable. I'm not saying he's best artist you can find, he have his own preferred style clearly readable in all of the works and sometimes it does not fit the best way, but he produces the design, or UX, or guidelines you can actually use on your project. He's not just designer, he's part of web development team, he know how to make a design that will work.
