  Here i worked on On sight i.e. at BSNL, kairthabad in project of CTOPUP (Channel Top up) which is providing recharge facility through Mobile for BSNL subscribers.Taking care of the complaints received from clients and routing to concerned Department here the application used was of LINUX, Observing of Logs(Erricson and Siemens), pulling of reports which is SQL based application.
