      Ringhotels e.V. is a hotel cooperation which supports private hotels manly in Germany in marketing and sales topics. The hotels are members and benefit from the know-how and the systems of Ringhotels. My part was to support the hotels in e-distribution topics and reservation. I worked with the new hotels to set up everything correctly in the systems, creating packages and finding solution for any system issues. On daily basis I worked with DIRS21 which the hotels use es CRM and supported them working with this system. I also organized and held presentations to the new hotels to show them everything they need. Another important part was supporting the guest and working for the guest relation programm. Next to the support and transaction of the premium program I organized and held guest events. As exhibitor for customer fairs I was also involved in the organization and follow up and represent the company at the booth. During my time with Ringhotels e.V. I've learned a lot about hotels. Their needs and the problems they are faced with in different regions. I also learned a lot about the different conditions with different locations and competitions.
