I'm working at Linton University as IT manager. I'm managing and lead 4 core team to support Linton University IT needs include Software Development Team, Computer Technical Support team, Network Infrastructure/Security team and Server & Website/SEO team. Total team members is 14. 1. Manage the software team by initiated TFS(Microsoft Team Foundation) as source control system, agile and scrum etc 2. Planning for all IT infrastructure need for Linton University teaching and learning purpose 3. Planning and taking care of the college main production servers to ensure max server availability include contingency planning, upgrade, preventive maintenance, backup and etc. 4. IT consultancy works on recommending IT solution (hardware/software) to improve college daily operation. 5. Consultancy work on college security issue related to security access control, fingerprint attendance, CCTV, barrier gate and turnstile. 6. Lead technical support team to carrier out troubleshooting and supporting work for staff and labs 7. Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures. 8. Manage the campus software licenses agreement including Microsoft Campus agreement, corporate email system and other academic software licenses for teaching and learning purpose. 9. In-charge of all the web hosting services e.g. renewal of all the web domain and web mail etc
