Love new home sales. It is one of the most rewarding careers in the industry. Watching homes go up, watching buyers excitement in their new homes. Making Dreams come true. It is such a rewarding career, I don't think I could ever get as much out of a job or enjoy one as much as I do new home sales. You have to believe in the dream to sell new homes.
