Sandy Sarge is one of the sharpest people I have had the pleasure to work with. She tackles even the grandest problems with practical persistence, then formulates and implements solutions that transform business practices, improve communications and inform both strategic and tactical decision-making processes to drive positive change or minimize the impact of pending challenges. Sandy will speak her mind and participate actively in building the kind-of organization that is poised for success. She will be a great asset to your team and it would be my pleasure to speak with you further about her vast strengths.

Sandy hired me in 2008. During the 3 years I have worked with Sandy, she has been exactly what I hope for in a boss. Start with being fair in all personal needs, employee evaluations, work assignments, directions and discussions. Additionally, she has been open minded. I have always been one that likes to express an opinion. Whereas, Sandy has not always agreed with it, I have always felt she listen and gave it full consideration. As a teacher - - This was a new business sector for me and Sandy has a great deal of knowledge and an ability to relay her experiences in such a way that allows me to grow and develope. And most important as a leader. It is obvious she is well respected around all levels within the organization, from executive management to any of the staff functions. Many times I look to Sandy for her thoughts or vision or to run our ideas, needs or support to others and I have never been disappointed. Tom Deegan
