Sandy is an excellent marketing strategist I had the pleasure of working with for 9 years. She elevated our company’s go to market strategy and made our company much more visible, enabling new business opportunities and revenue. At all levels of leadership, Sandy acts as a collaborative partner to refine marketing strategy, marketing content and collateral, and identify opportunities to expand brand presence. She was instrumental in increasing our thought leadership work (blogs, webinars, e-books, etc) and also opened doors to more speaking engagements and conferences to expand our brand footprint. One particular project we worked on together was encouraging and enabling all levels in the organization to become more active in new business development. Sandy developed a playbook to cross train our teams on finding new opportunities to grow the business. The audience for this work was not typically marketing or sales oriented, but Sandy clearly and succinctly illustrated how small day to day efforts in thought leadership, networking, and expanding upon existing relationships could drive new business opportunities. The result: all levels of personnel in our company felt more comfortable and confident promoting our brand. Sandy is creative, supportive, collaborative, fun and results-driven and she would be a great contributor to any team.

I worked with Sandy Karcher for roughly 10 years while I was a senior partner at iKnowtion, a Boston-based marketing and analytics consulting firm. Sandy managed our branding and marketing activities, and was instrumental in our new business development efforts. She did a terrific job promoting our firm and managing our multimedia marketing programs. Sandy has enormous energy and enthusiasm for her work and was a consummate team player and advocate for the company. Even though uncertainty was at an all-time high, I maintained unwavering focus, and with diligence and perseverance it paid off. We achieved incredible milestones and new business goals. For perspective, Workers' Compensation is an area that is directly impacted by the number of people working. During the devastating pandemic when companies closed and unemployment was at an all-time high, PMC thrived - and the results keep getting better with historically high growth.
