There is never a doubt what she needs and she communicated it in a way there is little room for error on my part. The employees she manages love her, she makes coming to work, according to them a nice thing. She listens to them and addresses their needs and concerns well. She seems to find a good balance between their needs and the company needs and satisfies both. When a problem arises, Sandy has treated the applicant fairly and tried to work through it with little more than a bump in the road. Her compassion comes out no matter what she's involved with and she's an excellent manager, motivator and mentor, in my opinion
