Sandy Campbell is the Director of Working Rite - a social enterprise that delivers work-based mentoring and learning for 16-18 year old young people. Working Rite has 10 projects operating in different parts of Scotland achieving high levels of progression into full-time employment and apprenticeships (average of 75%). Working Rite is an experiential work-based model of learning using a named placement-employer as a mentor. Sandy created Working Rite in 2004. His goal was to create a 'rite of passage' experience for teenage boys in the work environment alongside elders.
