      I currently import and process orders for all three Ceco regions and for Garco. Once orders are imported, I will break them up into different phases (making sure the money and tons are correct) for our different manufacturing facilities to schedule. My other job duties consist of sending out all warranties to our customers, looking up old job numbers and drawings for the DSM's, sending panel samples, brochures and color chips when requested to our customers or DSM's, answering the switchboard when the switchboard operator is unavailable, typing and sending out correspondence to our DSM's or Builders, runs reports and update DSM sales information for the Vice President of Sales and any other duties required by Customer Service. I am very strong willed and like to make sure everything is done correctly.
