  Working as part of a team at Decathlon was a lot of fun, and I got a lot of valuable experience, such as autonomy and customer interaction. As Sport Leaders, we are responsible for the profitability of the customer service and sales departments, as well as establishing and coaching teams within the department. I was able to make business decisions by assessing and arranging commercial activities, establishing new strategies to expand my sport's product selection for local clients.
