  Responsible for the reception and log in an ORACLE database of different kind of samples (for analysis purposes in laboratory) in accordance with procedures and in respect with ''deadlines''.Implementation of a management system for chemicals (from log in to scrapping) in accordance with company, security, quality and legal’s requirements.Log in of chemicals, follow up of the stock, management of the expired chemicals and scrapping in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.Communication & Collaboration with members of my own department, other departments (e.g. R&D) and with the clients.Presentation to different concerned departments of new tools in logistics. E.g.: new tool for creating and managing the analysis requests. Constant evaluation (and improvement if necessary) of the logistic process from the analysis request done by a client to the mailing of the analysis report. Help Support for the internals and externals users (clients) regarding the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) - Oracle DataBase.
