  Project to analyse business processes and performance reporting in a newly structured student services and recruitment group. The project also involved working with and mentoring a new manager as the structure was implemented and the business processes were reviewed and changed. As the consultant I was reviewing processes, staff relationships, staff training needs, the management of staff and the development of reports to provide a better understanding of the business activities and performance. I was also acting as a professional mentor to the new Manager as the business processes were changed and varied to ensure a successful implementation. In addition I worked with the whole group to implement an environment of performance management and the establishment of KPI's to ensure that the goals of the group were achieved and developed into the future.
