  Als opgeleid burn-outcoach en hormoontherapeut gaan we samen op zoek naar wat nodig is om duurzaam herstel als mens en als professional mogelijk te maken. Mijn praktische aanpak is gericht op persoonlijke ontwikkeling, (bewustwording van je eigen valkuilen), lifestyle (voeding, beweging, ontspanning en creativiteit) en waar nodig hormoongerichte therapie (bijvoorbeeld menopauze). Deze elementen vormen samen de bouwstenen van je veerkracht en vitaliteit en de basis voor je herstel.
