My role was to support individual clients in their classroom learning environment. An individualized learning schedule was created and implemented while taking into account various sensory needs, learning diagnoses, and behavioral characteristics of the client. The client was supported by providing a modified learning strategy to adapt to the learning difficulties that the client has including, phycial objects, sensory play, sensory circuits. Worked with one individual client at a time in their school learning environment. Using principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis, was responsible for creating and implementing learning schedules. Was also responsible for implementing behaviour plan set out by a BCBA, sensory circuits created by their occupational therapists and strategies set out by speech therapists. Had overall experience in a call-centre, reception job as well as field experience. During the call-centre exposure, was responsible for engaging in providing a positive customer experience. Had to be alert and observant in providing the customer with the service they would like to purchase through telecommunication. During the reception phase of the experience, was responsible for providing on-site customers with accurate and in-depth information about the sports facility and the range of services provided. Was also responsible with dealing with booking services in the facility. During the field experience phase, I was responsible for managing the facility booked by the customer and provide any assistance when needed.
