During her stint with Archean group ,Sandra was reporting to me and Group MD Mr.Ranjit Pendurthi .I was the Group COO that time. Sandra was always cheerful and smiling . She brought in systems / SOPs for the HR function . She is a great motivator of teams and always ready to help anyone in the organisation. she has a great sense of humour and so can easily defuse any tricky situation. Sandra is excellent in maintaining relationships and this comes handy in faster recruitments , employees confiding in her whatever problems they face thus aiding retention .
