Sandi Janusch has the leadership qualities we all desire. She inspires, communicates clearly and is a tireless collaborator. Over the past several years she has transformed several siloed teams into one high functioning unit that produces and manages hundreds of academic and international programs and collaborates across the organization. Beyond her outstanding leadership skills, Sandi is the consummate professional and an expert diplomat, navigating even the most difficult situations with grace. I am so grateful to know her and fortunate to work with her.

Sandi was my manager for four years at UW Continuum College. Sandi was an empathic and creative leader who helped me steer my team through a period of incredible change and growth. With our competitive landscape rapidly shifting, Sandi led an initiative to deliver our educational programs in a totally different way that was more flexible and tech-dependent. Sandi was very attuned to the difficulties staff had with all the change and she helped us to re-frame the situation to one of entrepreneurship and learning rather than trying to achieve perfection. Sandi pushed our leadership team to develop management systems that would ensure accountability and high-quality educational programs. Sandi was always available to help, was a great thought partner for solving challenging problems, and kept her word. In sum, Sandi was a wonderful person to work with and for.
