Responsibilities as the Corporate Office Manager include the yearly renewal of all Secretary of State registrations, and all business and contractor licenses on state, county and municipality levels for all Russell Landscape companies spanning four states and seven locations. Annually plan, execute and manage the multi-day, offsite Annual Corporate Manager's Meeting as well as the Annual Family Picnic with over 350 people in attendance. To execute these events successfully it takes pervasive coordination, extensive communication with a wide-range of vendors and intensive organization skills.
