  The Ararêtama System is a therapeutic and educational platform inspired by the Atlantic Rainforest. This platform consists of Essences composing a Mandala of self-knowledge, a line of Therapeutic Products and an Emotional Fitness program, all based on Sandra Epstein’s original research. Ararêtama’s Essences have their origin in the Brazilian Atlantic Rainforest, one of the biggest biodiversities of the planet. The essences can be used for specific conditions – to help you feel better, balancing your emotions and states of mind – and for this, you will select the essence that applies to each condition. Ararêtama Mandala – a step by step emotional gym class, that leads to a progressive immersion into the behavioral universe of each person. Each essence is used with a series of exercises, enhancing and promoting self-development. Ararêtama’s therapeutic products work on the emotional balance through the body / mind. Araretama offers cosmetics that contain Vibrational Essences in their composition, such as the Aqua Ignea and the E-gel line. It also offers the Aura Leve line, designed for use in your environment. Ararêtama Essências Naturais is a Brazilian company created by Sandra Epstein, with two decades of research and sound reputation. It has been active for more than a decade in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, as well as in the United Kingdom and Australia. The Company promotes courses on the Journey of Personal Development, always taking into account the three vital spheres: self-knowledge, quality of relationship and social work. The Ararêtama System includes special programs that have been developed and became part of the curricular activities of two schools in the Czech Republic, transmitting to the children a message of cooperation and sustainability based on the Atlantic Forest.
