  I collaborate with our attorney-mediators to develop and prepare parenting agreements for separating and divorcing couples. My emphasis is on creating child-focused plans that enable parents who live apart to parent successfully; I empower parents to think thoughtfully about the individual needs of their children. Mediation entitles parents, rather than the legal system, to be the rightful experts deciding their children's welfare. I also work to expand community awareness and understanding of the mediated divorce process and its critical role in supporting and sustaining healthy families.
