This experience consisted in helping the association Fonds Ngangi in the process of launching Kivu Entrepreneurs. My role was mainly to be an information relay between the management in Belgium and the local teams. I identified potential candidates, selected them and managed a team to supervise them afterwards, while identifying new opportunities for the incubator.
