Going through a Benefit Renewal/Open Enrollment process can sometimes be quite challenging, but it's always easier when you work with an HR counterpart like Sandi. She's knowledgeable, caring, and very personable. Conducting Open Enrollment meetings with a great partner like her is always a pleasure. She is respectful of my time as a broker, and at the same time she knows how to organize meetings to minimize disruption to the company. Over the years I have witnessed how respected and well liked she is by the employees. It comes as no surprise because she cares deeply about everyone in her "work family" and always goes the extra mile to assist everyone. I am very glad she followed me as a broker from my previous agency, and that I still have a privilege and pleasure of working with her today.

Sandi is the lifeblood of the safety program at Cyl-Tec. Sandi has strategic organizational responsibility for ensuring that the Heath and safety program is operating efficiently and effectively at all levels. Most importantly, however, Sandi ensures that adequate support and resources are dedicated to all employees who have safety responsibilities and/or need safety resources the most. Coordinating training topics and attendees, leading the safety committee and associated takeaway assignments, investigating incidents, coordinating audits and tracking the implementation of continuous improvement efforts are a fraction of the day’s work for Sandi. Attention to detail, effective communication skills, and genuine care for the employees she serves are just a few of the many qualities that makes Sandi an unparalleled leader of the corporate health and safety program at her organization. From my experience; there is a high (and ever increasing) demand for a human resource professional that has her level of safety knowledge and skillset. Sandi demonstrates daily her ability to excel within this demanding billet. I have had the honor and privilege to witness her abilities and efforts firsthand over the past 4+ years of working together at Cyl-Tec and I couldn’t imagine ‘safety without Sandi’.
