  • Online inspection of Hot rolled annealed pickled line(HRAP line), Cold rolled annealed pickled line(CRAP line), Cold rolled slitting line(CRS line), skin-pass mill, Plate mill and steckel mill.• Maintaining daily check list of various operations such as furnace temperature notification, shot blasting machine rotor operation, checking circulation pump working properly at pickling tank, check washing line water flow as well as all the washing rolls working accordingly and blowers are working properly at drying section.• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful and high quality product release by coordinating with production department when any anomaly accrued in product operations or any material defect also, coordinating with dispatch department when material about to dispatch by checking proper material was packed as per dispatch order.• Ensure the quality systems and procedures are in compliance with Stainless Steel Grades as per ASTM, AISI, DIN, JIS, UNS, IS, etc. Standards• To prepare and maintain the QA/QC documents such as quality plan, daily inspection report, Test Certificate(TC), quality related specification and test procedures like Hardness Test (Vickers/ Rockwell & Brinell), Bend test. Ensures that inspection reports are accurate and reliable.• Supports company goals, objectives(safety of employees and protection of environment) and Safety protocols as per the standard operating procedure(SOP).
