Primarily I maintain the company Salesforce system, implementing changes and persuading users that it will make their working life easier to manage. I produce monthly reports and interpret the statistics available to help the sales director and sales team with planning. Where possible, I put my Excel knowledge to good use - my automated quotation template is an elegant example! I can also put on a sales co-ordinator hat when the sales office gets particularly busy and enjoy helping match customers and distributors to their perfect cases, custom foam inserts and lighting.
