I worked with Sandi during a time when the team was going through various transitions and working under a challenging timeline. It would've been challenging for anyone to jump in as the Product Owner, but Sandi's take-the-bull-by-the-horns attitude really helped the team to deliver ahead of schedule. I appreciated her eagerness to connect and reach out even from day one, and that was one important factor for her and the team's success. I believe Sandi's presence would bring a boost of positivity and energy to any team she's a part of!

Sandi is one of the most upbeat, positive people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Always coming up with creative solutions and working extremely hard and efficiently until a solution meeting the customers expectations is delivered. Sandi is extremely well rounded, able to provide multiple levels of expertise with an entrepreneurial spirit and technique.
