Responsibilities : 1.Installation and configuration of Hardware/software. 2.Have problem solving skill and ability to work in pressure. 3.Readiness for travelling on client site whenever required For Site Survey. 4.Provide prompt & efficient service to customers for the Hardware/Software supplied by the company and are under warranty / AMC. 5.Sharing Proposal for New AMC sale & Renewal. 6.Ensure immediate response & low resolution time for all such Hardware/Software. 7.Take technical guidance/ help timely, in resolving customer issues, if any. 8.Efficiently demonstrate the Hardware/Software to Customer and its operators. 9.Installation of Hardware/Software to be effectively done, to avoid break downs due to improper installations.
