I had the pleasure of working together with Sandeep when he was tasked to head up our dedicated accessories team in the IR channel. He already had an excellent reputation and he lived up to it. Despite a challenging market Sandeep motivated the team and they managed to deliver solid numbers and grow Axiom's market share.
