  Job Responsibilities: Responsible for Planning & co-ordination, Designing, MEP services Monitoring, Quality & Safety for Electrical & Fire detection, Firefighting, HVAC and BMS. Project Planning: Conceptualize the detailed project reports; take off documents, Project execution programmed after thorough discussion with management based on Design basis report as per functionality & code requirements of project. •Monitor/discuss project status; review during the course of periodic project review Site meetings. MEP Co-ordination & Design Responsibility: •Design &Review an electrical load calculation &Electrical distribution scheme-66KV/33KV/11KV HT/LT Panel SLD . •Design & Review the Technical specification of Tender documents of Electrical equipment's. •Evaluate & Review the GFC/Tender drawings of Electrical work (Power layout, Lighting layout, cable tray layout, LV layout-TV, Telephone Data and Fire alarm System ,earthing layout, External light layout, DG-room ventilation layout, cooling tower layout plan. •Co-ordinate with team for finalization of layout plan of Ventilation &air-conditioning, scheme, Sprinkler &Drainage system, Solar, Water body, Swimming pool, STP/WTP/RO, Pump room & HSD tank. •Issue MEP services GFC drawings package to site for timely Execution of project. Contract Management & Co-ordination with Project Team: •Prepare MEP works budget at different stages of design &development to ensure cost control. • Evaluation of contractors’ bids & finalization of contract, MEP Procurement & Vendor Developments . . Timely approval of GFC & GAD drawings to start manufacturing activity. •Inspection of Transformer, DG sets, HT panel, LT panel, rising main, Bus duct at Manufacturer work place •Co-ordinate for site progress review meeting with Service consultant, Architects, Design team with Execution team at site to resolve the Design related issue. •Time to time check the RA Bill and extra item analysis submitted by Vendor under the guidance of HOD.
