   Conduct installation inspection pre-final / snagging, final and pre – commissioning of MDB, SMDB, DB, BMS, CCTC, Access door control system, Fire Alarm system, lightings, power socket outlet, lightning arrester, earthing and other electrical services.  Conduct inspection for the installation of Cable tray / ladder, G.I Trunking , G.I conduit and cable pulling and termination of power voltage cable and communication/ control cable  Coordinate with main contractor MEP coordinator for inspection and closure the WIR prior to casting the area.  Conduct internal inspection with main contractor for all electrical services before raising WIR to the consultant representative for final approval / acceptance. Responsible for the implementation of ITP( inspection & test plan)  Conduct site inspection / surveillance for all ongoing electrical installation activities on regular basis to make sure that all installation are as per IFC drawings and as per local utilities (DEWA) standard, NEC standards.  Conduct inspection / witness for all ongoing cable testing (insulation resistance test, continuity test and loop testing) Checking prior to energization.  Raising RFI to concerned Third Party inspection representatives for final Approval.  Conduct inspection for all materials and equipment received on site prior to installation to make sure that all materials and equipment are as per specification requirements and other applicable industry code and standards with complete documents(e.g. test certificate or certificate of conformance ,calibration certificate, instrument manuals and procedure  Review the IFC drawings and prepare material take off as including but not limited to conduits, cable tray fittings, cables and other electrical accessories.  Conduct inspection for Cause and Effects.
