  • I am handling End to End Recruitment, right from sourcing, screening, scheduling, interview follow-ups, and closures & joining of candidates. • Involved in Resourcing activity for junior, Middle and Senior Level Management positions for the clients. • Working according to the KRA (Key Result Area). • Analyzing the requirements. • Experience in to Sourcing profiles through various job boards like (Naukri, Monster) and networking sites (LinkedIn). • Screening resumes after sourcing them based on the job description given and after checking parameters like education, experience, Communication skills ,interpersonal skills candidate’s in-depth knowledge of relevant technology, functional skills, job history, geography, willingness to travel and relocate, Salary fitment and sharing the same to client • Initial validation of candidates before forwarding the profiles to the client. • Getting the shortlist from the client. • Scheduling the short listed candidates for the interview. • Making reconfirmation calls, clarifying doubts of candidates. Counseling and briefing the candidates about the panel profile and working atmosphere. • Follow-up with candidates until they complete all rounds of the interview. • Maintaining database and excel sheet tracker for sourcing profiles, status of the candidates and other activities. • Recording data about the interview schedules, Offered candidates, Pending joiners and status of the candidates.
