CURRENT JOB PROFILE:- • Looking after supply & Logistic activities of Footwear, Accessories & Garment category of the brand The job involved: -• To look after overall supply at retail stores of company both footwear and garments.• To look after and monitor inventory at stores.• Try to analyze actual demand of stores/ consumer for all type of product.• To read, access and forecast the future inventory demands i.e., including style, colors, shapes, looks, product preferences and plan merchandise at the store.• To develop synergy with customer for the improvement in consumer confidence & satisfaction regarding product & brand.• Maintaining reports.Maintaining proper dispatch following just in time.• Monitoring inventory of stocks and do merchandise planning as per season manage to drive sales with the available stocks.• Preparing Projections, targeting to meet the targets.• Controlling expenses. • Settling all day to day problems on the spot.• Arrange Weekly ware house meet and interact with the ware house team on their weekly tour, report, and their achievement and their shortfall and discuss and assist them to cover the shortfall.• Maintaining projected inventory turnover for all stores.
