Key responsibilities include: 1. Deal Origination through network of contacts and professional relationships 2. Source and assess investment opportunities through extensive due diligence and risk assessment 3. Lead negotiation on documentation including structuring the transaction, in order to make appropriate recommendation to the investment committee 4. Recommend deals to the investment committee and provide extensive scenario analysis on various risk adjusted returns 5. Lead project financing/refinancing/ structure financing discussions with lenders post the takeover 6. Evaluate new growth areas and assess opportunities and risks associated with them. Show less
