This was Feeder Segregation work wherein Conversion of existing LT network in to high voltage distribution system ( HVDC ) by utilizing existing supports / line material and erection of 25 KVA 11/0.4 KV, 3 Phase Distribution Transformer on Turnkey basis. The Project was handed over when 60% of the work was incomplete and the Project was undergoing losses of 15%. Had finished the project in record time and with a profit margin of 5%. Had been also given a task of Rural Electrification and Transmission Line in various parts of LEH in Jammu & Kashmir under RGGVY Scheme which was sub contracted to the Company by NHPC Ltd. This was the difficult terrain to work, wherein the Power evacuation was to be done from NHPC Hydra Power Station constructed at Alchi in LEH and from there on the Load was to be distributed to various regains of LEH. We had to build a 66 KVA Transmission Line of approximately 195 Km in LEH Region and 11 KV Line of about 200 Km, further we had to set up 6 Sub Stations in various towns of LEH Region.
