Coordinate for approval of engineering documents like NMR 601,602 & 603 which includes datasheets / drawings, Inspection documents like QAP, FQP etc, and Coordinate for inspection reports / documents with TPIA / QA & QC departments till issue IRN. Monitoring progress w.r.t schedules with vendor, arrangement of timely inspection, Final documents MRB/MDB submission, taking care for release of payments to vendors on time etc. coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping department for quick transportation of equipment to site.  Tax Planning for projects / companies and statutory rules & regulations Implementation at site.  Review of Agreements, contracts, orders and finalization of contracts / agreements.  Bills certification, Project Accounting and P&L A/c of the Project.  Management Assurance Audit.  SAP operations and controlling activities.
