As a Grant Project Manager, I have successfully managed the Jordan association of certified public accountants (JACPA) capacity building project, funded by the World Bank Grant, the project development objective is to strengthen JACPA capacity to provide outsourcing services in the area of accounting and financial reporting. My tasks included but not limited to: 1. Implement World Bank project management and administration guidelines. 2. Implement World Bank procurement & procedure, draft TOR's, Invitations , RFP's, RFQ's, correspondence, answer enquires, advertise, awarding of contract procedure, assessment, negotiations, evaluations, approvals, manage recommendations based on evaluation results of technical/financial proposal / selection method used and update the World Bank project space on Connection web online. 3. Coordinate the relationship between JACPA, World Bank, Ministry of Planning, Steering committee (CBJ, ASE, CCD, Academic Staff) and hired consultants (Individuals or Firms). 4. Follow up on each project deliverables, reports deadlines, manage financial reports and applications and provide any assistance required. Show less
