While participating in this programme I learnt to interact and engage with my peers from different multifaceted courses. It was interesting to see our skill sets expand from developing on public speaking to creative design and audience engagement (marketing). I enjoyed stepping out of my comfort zone through building on my project management skills while remaining a team player. It was a challenge to ensure all members of the team felt heard and had their limelight; however, this hurdle taught me a lot about learning to manoeuvre around individuals' character and personality, especially when creating a product that was to the team's satisfaction.
