  Interning with an NGO gave me so much knowledge on how things are managed in the least and for betterment of the ones who have skills but do not know how to earn their worthy income. Sadhna helps women who want to earn their own money by up-skilling then with trainings then allows them to work from home. My time with Sadhna was short but very insightful in terms of sampling for Raw mango job work, sampling for Fabindia, Khadi India, Japore, etc. Sadhna also gave me the skill to talk to artisans and explaining then the brief with patience and accuracy.
