Scatec ASA, Fertiglobe, Orascom Construction, and The Sovereign Fund of Egypt (TSFE) have entered into an agreement to develop a 100 MW Electrolyzer facility to produce Green Hydrogen. The Project covers the Engineering, Procurement, Construction as well as Commissioning of the facility. Scatec is acting as the Owner's Engineer for the Project during construction and will provide asset management and O&M services. The dam height is about 134 meters. When complete, this project will more than triple the country’s current installed hydropower capacity of 562 MW.Responsibilities: In addition to the above-summarized qualifications; the main responsibilities were:* Coordinate with design consultants, engineers project representatives, third parties, and the Client Representative to set up design deliverables requirements for submission.* Review design deliverables together with design consultants and engineers to ensure order for submission.* Coordinate and discuss with project coordination team members, Designers, vendors, and subcontractors with regards to the workability and constructability of the design.* Coordinate with document controller on design deliverables transaction to ensure a smooth flow of documents.* Assist procurement team with all necessary technical inputs collected from the Engineering Team to facilitate the award of procurement and subcontract packages.* Update and report the Engineering Progress through MDL, Bi-weekly, and Monthly reports.* Develop relations with planning engineer on design submission schedule and ensure timely design submissions.* Participate in technical design clarification and project meetings.* Involve in technical clarifications as required.* Provide administrative support for division manager and discipline department heads.* Lead and direct routine Engineering Division activities after consulting the Engineering Manager.* Update and maintain the Engineering Department O-Chart and deployment plan.* Assist all Engineering Department personnel along with entire project staff with any needs.* Record inputs, logs, and daily work orders
