I met Sam Wilson with Ms Maya Initially to discuss my role for working in collaboration with Keeler . So I was assigned to work on this new Prototype Keeler Mobile Indirect Ophthalmoscope , so Sam Wilson was assigned along with me to test and improvise the Prototype Keeler MIO . Sam Wilson was very receptive during the pandemic as he worked on various Shields and mask devices for even Keeler Indirect Ophthalmoscope . We had discussions on various products of Keeler which could utilise shields and how we could design it . Sam Wilson is very sincere person and honest with his work . He is a patient listener and excellent in his work . He coordinated all the technical challenges with a product which was unique in retinal imaging domain . Not only the technical know how’s he also helped improve the software part of the programme and make it better at every step everyday . He was always available for making necessary changes and improvising the product and making it user ophthalmologist friendly . As he had full faith in the products . He also organised an excellent webinar to discuss Practical uses and thereby improving visibility of a relatively new product in market which no one had ever used . The programme that he did was fully overbooked rather to say . It has been a very encouraging and enriching journey with Sam Wilson all the way . I wish him all the very best in all that he does with technical knowledge and delivery he gives a rather 200 Percent to everything . Best of luck mate in everything you do Dr K Marwah

I had the chance to work closely with Sam in the Halma Future Leaders program, working directly with him at Cardios in Brazil and at Halma HQ in the UK. Sam has a very powerful and open-minded way of thinking, often challenging himself and others around him to ensure that products and strategies are clear in their goals. At Cardios, Sam was someone I trusted deeply with new ideas and he was quick to ask thoughtful questions and bring up ideas of his own. The insights that Sam provided to the Cardios and Halma teams were extremely valuable and thoughtful, especially in the context of digital growth and healthcare. Not only is his work fantastic, he is also a joy to be around and has been a positive influence in the workplace.
