  As the administrator for the department of Finnish at the University of Stockholm I worked in many different areas. My main responsibilities were to help students with registrations, certificates and individual study plans as well as recommend courses appropriate for their language level and conduct interviews with new students at the department to check they had sufficient language skill and motivation to study the academic courses in Finnish. I was also responsible for all the administration of the department and its courses. Lastly, my job also included different areas of event management such as managing registrations, ordering catering via our partners, answering questions, coordinating the equipment needed and marketing the events by creating posters and press releases. Many of the responsibilities included teamwork with professors, teachers and officials at the Embassy of Finland in Stockholm as well as Different Governmental and Non-governmental organizations working with minority rights.
