This is a natural evolution of the business whereby we consolidated our retail investment offerings across Ashburton, FNB Securities, FNB Share Investing and Portfolio management into one entity called FNB Wealth and Investment Management. I am leading a team of product managers who are responsible for designing, pricing and developing investment products for FNB Wealth and Investment Management. What keeps us up at night is not only matching client needs and investment product design but doing this in a manner that our target market will find it intuitive and easy to understand. At a personal level, the scope has grown bigger and the stakeholders have widened. Therefore, I am constantly tapping into my softer skills more often which include communication, listening, coaching and negotiation. It’s an exciting and challenging journey for everyone, and we are looking forward to disturbing the current investment market. Show less
