My project is focused on reprogramming T cells to target cancer cells and better survive in the tumor microenvironment. As part of this, I generated, and I am currently screening, a library of lymphoma-targeting CAR constructs. I am also using a small molecule to target lymphoma cells that may have synergistic potential. In addition, I am using single-cell techniques to identify factors to improve upon adoptive cell therapies and generate a more robust T cell product.
